LoomiAura offers a 30-day return and exchange policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return, exchange, or replacement.
Intimate Hygiene & Return Eligibility
Because our catalog consists of intimate wellness and personal pleasure products, strict health and hygiene standards apply to all returns:
- Unopened Items (30-Day Return): Items that are unopened, unused, and still have their original factory hygiene seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Defective or Damaged Items (100% Covered): If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or experiences a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will send a free discreet replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
- For customer safety, items whose intimate hygiene seal has been broken or that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
